Al Jaber Tower, Fujairah

Al Jaber Tower is a state-of-the-art development that is being built in Fujairah's downtown, on Sh. Hamad Street. The Al Jaber Tower is set to become Fujairah's Tallest Tower with the 43 storey tower reaching a height of 170 meters. The tower, which is being built by Al Jaber Contracting and was designed by Al Diwan Engineering and Consulting, will house showrooms, commercial shops and 270 residential apartments.

Fujairah Paradise

The Fujairah Paradise resort will be built in Fujairah over an area of 7 million square feet of seafront near the Omani border and adjacent to the Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort. The development, called Al Fujairah Paradise, will comprise of 1,000 five-star villas, a 150 room hotel, and a 2000 square meter paradise shopping mall.

Attractions and facilities at Fujairah Paradise will include a 100 person tourist yacht & restaurant, artificial lakes, landscaped mountains & rivers and natural coral reefs. Mist coolers will be installed on top of the mountains to lower the temperature of the city and purify the air during the summer months. Additional smaller cooler will be installed throughout the city.
